Itinerary
Day 1 - Friday, Nov. 20, 2026
Quebec City
We depart early this morning with pick ups along the Highway 417. Lunch is included enroute past Montreal. This afternoon we arrive into the heart of Old Quebec City and check into the famous and luxurious Hotel Palace Royal, located 100 yards from the Old Walled City. The rest of the day is free to explore the finery, cafes, history and exquisite shopping of Old Quebec, all within walking distance of our hotel. The Christmas Markets are located close by and will be beautifully lit to walk and enjoy this evening. Dining options are endless in Quebec City. There are many great restaurants to choose from a short distance from our hotel and many along the same street. (Including a wonderful steakhouse in our hotel).
It's never a bad idea to make a reservation for dinner. Below are some iconic restaurants in Quebec City. Note: ** The Beffroi is located in our hotel - it is regarded as one of Quebec City's best steakhouses! You can easily make a reservation upon arrival.

Day 2 -Saturday, Nov.21, 2026
Quebec City Shopping & Christmas Markets
This morning our coach will take those who wish to the Galleria de Capital. This impressive mall even boasts an indoor ice skating track! (Like a mini West Edmonton Mall). The coach will depart the mall at 1:00pm for our hotel where the rest of the day is free to explore the wonderful European flare of the Marché de Noël Allemand de Québec. More than 90 exhibitors from Québec, Germany and Europe will have displays/markets set up all walking distance from our hotel. Take a look at the trinkets, and gifts available in addition to tasting local products and German and European specialties.

Day 3 - Sunday, Nov. 22, 2026
Homeward Bound - Montreal Shopping & Lunch.
After breakfast, we head west where we will stop in the heart of Montreal for some free time explore the Marchés de Noël de Montréal where you will find unique and handmade creations, yuletide snacks and mulled wine or simply enjoy the company of those around you. St. Catherine Street is also one of the famous shopping avenues for fashion in Montreal boasting hundreds of shops and retailers. We will depart Montreal late afternoon making our way back to the Ottawa Valley. Drop offs in reverse order.
