Booking Details
To reserve, please call our office at 1-888-582-7011 (local 613-582-7011). A deposit of $100 per person plus insurance (if purchasing) is required to secure your reservation. Balances are due September 11, 2020. A minimum of 30 participants are required by this date for the tour to operate. Insurance must be purchased at the time of booking. Please Note: For this tour, deposits are fully refundable up to 45 days prior to the tour departure minus a $20 per person admin fee. There are no refunds 0-45 days prior to the tour departure.

Day 1 - Sunday, October 25, 2020
Travel Day - Toledo/Maumee, OH. The fun begins when we board our beautiful, fully equipped touring coach. We're on our way to a music lovers paradise for 8 days of music, laughter and relaxation!
Day 2 - Monday, October 26, 2020
Nashville, TN. We leave Ohio this morning, heading South. This afternoon, we will arrive in Nashville, TN. After checking into our hotel, we will venture out to enjoy a classic Southern dinner with your fellow travellers. Today, breakfast and dinner will be included.
Day 3 - Tuesday, October 27, 2020
Nashville, TN. This morning, enjoy a guided tour of Nashville's many highlights with a local guide. Our tour will end at the grand General Jackson showboat where we will enjoy a spectacular cruise on the Cumberland River. Lunch is included on our cruise before a live show. This evening, tickets to Grand Ole’ Opry will be included for a spectacular night of country music and entertainment. Today, breakfast and lunch will be included.
Day 4 - Wednesday, October 28, 2020
Nashville, TN. This morning you have the option to visit the famous Opry Mills Malls - not your ordinary shopping mall – or perhaps you may choose to relax at our hotel. The rest of the day free. Shuttles will be offered to Nashville's Old downtown for those who wish. You may want to have dinner at “Tootsies” or one of the other restaurants in this area that feature live music by aspiring country music stars. Today, breakfast will be included.
Day 5 - Thursday, October 29, 2020
Pigeon Forge, TN. We’re off to the Great Smokey Mountains this morning arriving into Pigeon Forge by noon. After lunch, a local step on guide will share with us the colourful history of the area and showcase some of the beautiful mountain views. We hear the stories of poverty and the importance of music to those who had so little. The story of Dolly Parton’s rise to fame will be told and we will travel past her family homestead where she was raised. This evening we are entertained by Dolly’s Dixie Stampede show that includes a hearty Southern dinner and lots of entertainment. Today, breakfast and dinner will be included.
Day 6 - Friday, October 30, 2020
Pigeon Forge, TN. Today is a full day of exploring Dollywood. Your park entrance allows you to visit many wonderful attractions in the park. There are five indoor theatres and outdoor pavilions that play live music throughout the day. (A map will be given to all detailing shows and show times). Take a tour of Dolly Parton’s tour bus that was used while touring on the road as well as a replica of her mountain home. The day is yours to explore the vast park. This evening we take in the Hatfield’s and McCoy’s show and dinner performance. Today, breakfast and dinner will be included.
Day 7 - Saturday, October 31, 2020
Scranton, PA. After breakfast, we say goodbye to Tennessee and start our journey home, staying in Pennsylvania tonight. Today, breakfast will be included.
Day 8 - Sunday, November 1, 2020
Home. We finish our journey home today with many fond memories of our tour to Nashville and Dollywood! Today, breakfast will be included.
