Booking Details
To reserve, please call our office at 1-888-582-7011 (local 613-582-7011). A deposit of $100 per person plus insurance (if purchasing) is required to secure your reservation. Balances are due Feb. 20, 2020. A minimum of 30 participants are required by this date for the tour to operate. Insurance must be purchased at the time of booking. Please Note: For this tour, deposits are refundable up until February 19, 2020 minus a $20pp admin fee. There are no refunds after February 20. Insurance is strongly recommended.
Itinerary
Day 1 - Monday, April 20, 2020
Travel Day - Today we depart the Ottawa Valley and cross into the USA. Overnight in Toledo, OH.
Day 2 - 4 Tuesday, April 21 to Thursday April 23, 2020 - Paducah, KY
This afternoon we will arrive into Paducah, KY. Our hotel will give us an orientation of the area pointing out other venues and stores to visit during our stay for the next 3 nights. Our hotel also offers shuttle buses to various points of interest in town. Your multiday day show pass also includes a tote bag and pin for the show. Hot buffet breakfast included each morning. Hotel: Baymont Inn – 5300 Old Cairo Rd, Paducah, KY.
Day 5 - Friday, April 24, 2020 - Pittsburgh, PN
We say good-bye to Paducah and head North today staying in the Pittsburgh area this evening. Bkfst incl.
Day 6 - Saturday, April 25, 2020 - Lancaster County, PN
Early this afternoon we will arrive at the Kitchen Kettle Village for lunch and some free time to visit all things Amish. This afternoon we have a local step on tour guide give us a tour and some history of the Amish Dutch Country area. A delicious dinner is in store this evening. Bkfst & dinner incl.
Day 7 - Sunday, April 26, 2020 - Ottawa Valley/Home
Homeward bound today with many memories.
