Insurance

Cancellation Waiver-Only flat rate of $75 per person (regardless of age).

Waiver must be purchased at the time of booking.

Booking Details & Cancellation Policy for this Tour

• Full payment due at time of booking plus cancellation insurance.

(Refundable minus $25 until February 21, 2026)

• A minimum of 30 participants are required by this date for the tour to operate.

• Insurance must be purchased at the time of booking.

• There are no refunds after February 21, 2026 without purchase of insurance.

• Tour is transferable/name changes allowed. (You could give your trip to a friend if you had to cancel)

Itinerary

Day 1 – Saturday, March 21, 2026

The fun begins when we board our touring coach as we travel through scenic Algonquin Park. We’ll stop for lunch in beautiful Huntsville before making our way to Orillia for a night of great food, entertainment, and gaming. This afternoon, we’ll check into the beautiful Casino Rama Hotel & Resort.

PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE PROPERTY PHOTO I.D. ON YOUR FOR THE CASINO.

You will be given your diner voucher and show ticket when you board the bus.

We have a group reservation for dinner at Casino Rama’s Couchiching Restaurant for their spectacular buffet dinner, but you can go earlier if you choose.

Show time is 8:00pm. (Should be in your seat by 7:50pm)

Enjoy the rest of the evening at the casino/resort.

Day 2 – Saturday, March 11, 2023

After breakfast, we depart at 9:00am and make our way back to the Valley.

We will make a snack/lunch pit stop in Barry’s Bay.

Drop offs that occur in reverse order.

Today, breakfast will be included.
