Day 1 - Thursday, September 10, 2020

Travel Day.  The Emerald Isle, a land renowned for its “forty shades of green,” is filled with rolling hills, warm people, stately castles and rollicking fun. Visit Dublin, Waterford, Killarney and Limerick as this comprehensive tour introduces Ireland's natural beauty, rich history and hospitable culture. Tonight, we board our overnight flight to begin our tour to Ireland.

Day 2 - Friday, September 11, 2020

Dublin, Ireland - Tour Begins.  A Cead Mile Failte to the Emerald Isle! You will be met on arrival at Dublin Airport by your driver/guide before a short drive takes us to the Man O’War traditional Irish pub. Onwards to the fishing village of Donabate where we will check into our beachfront hotel. This evening we enjoy a welcome drink and early dinner at the hotel. Day 3 - Saturday, September 12, 2020

Boyne Valley & Cooley Peninsula.   This morning travel north through the majestic Mountains of Mourne into Saint Patrick’s Country to visit the grave of Ireland’s Patron Saint and the Saint Patrick Centre which tells his story. Afterwards we drive to Strangford and take the ferryboat ride to beautiful Portaferry. Onwards to Belfast for a panoramic tour which will include the political wall murals located on the Protestant Shankhill Road and the Catholic Falls Road – a unique cultural experience.  Breakfast & Dinner/Overnight — Malone Lodge Hotel, Belfast.

Day 4 - Sunday, September 13, 2020

Belfast's Titanic Quarter.  A guided tour of Belfast City Hall is first on the agenda this morning. In the afternoon, visit the shipyard where the Titanic was built in 1909, followed by a tour at the Titanic Experience. This evening we will visit Crumlin Road Gaol for a guided tour and dinner. Breakfast & Dinner/Overnight-Malone Lodge, Belfast.

Day 5 - Monday, September 14, 2020

Giant's Causeway and Derry.  After breakfast we drive north along the Antrim Coast to the Giant’s Causeway. We then continue to Derry where the city’s best local guide will tell the ‘Story of Derry’ on a walking tour of this historic walled city. Your Donegal hotel is located right in the town square within a short walk to many pubs and restaurants. This evening you may choose to dine in the town centre (own expense).  Overnight/breakfast — Central Hotel, Donegal.

Day 6 - Tuesday, September 15, 2020

Belleek and Westport.   After breakfast we start our route along  the Wild Atlantic Way with a stop at Belleek, home of the world-famous porcelain factory. We continue into Sligo to visit the Flying Eagles Centre, home to over 100 eagles, hawks, owls, falcons and vultures. Here you will enjoy an entertaining and informative interactive falconry display.  Breakfast & Dinner/Overnight — Westport Woods Hotel, Westport.     

Day 7 - Wednesday, September 16, 2020

Connemara, Galway and the Cliffs of Moher.   This morning you enjoy some free time in Galway, the City of Tribes. We will then make our way to Doolin for a cruise to experience the scale and majestic beauty of the Cliffs of Moher with a view that is truly breathtaking. This evening we will make merry at a medieval banquet in an Irish Castle.  Breakfast & Dinner/Overnight , Bunratty Castle Hotel, Bunratty

Day 8 - Thursday, September 17, 2020

Limerick and Adare.   After breakfast we depart for the Kingdom of Kerry. A panoramic tour of Limerick City is followed by a visit to King John’s Castle. We will stop in Adare for some photos before arriving in County Kerry where we will visit the Kingdom of Kerry Museum. Dinner this evening is at the famous Danny Mann Pub.

Day 9 - Friday, September 18, 2020

Ring of Kerry.   This morning we take the Ring of Kerry Road to Kenmare, where we will visit Kissane Sheep Farm. You will meet the sheep in their natural environment and see skilled Border Collie’s at work. We will also stop into the Red Fox to say hello. This evening we step back in time while dining on Irish fayre at Quill’s Farmhouse.  Breakfast & Dinner/Overnight  – Eviston House Hotel, Killarney

Day 10 - Saturday, September 19, 2020

Blarney & Waterford.  Today we travel to Waterford via the village of Blarney, for a chance to shop at the famous woollen mills and kiss the stone of eloquence. We continue to Dungarven for a music session at The Marine Bar before arriving at our hotel in the town of Clonmel. Dinner & Breakfast/Overnight, Hotel Minella, Clonmel

Day 11 - Sunday, September 20, 2020

Wexford and Wicklow.  After breakfast we travel the New Ross where you will follow in the footsteps of Famine emigrants as you board a replica of the sailing vessel Dunbrody at the quayside. We continue through the Curragh of Kildare for a guided tour of the Irish National Stud, home to some of Ireland’s finest thoroughbreds before arriving in Dublin. This evening you are free to dine as you please, be it a trendy restaurant or traditional pub (own expense). Overnight & Breakfast, Gresham Hotel, Dublin

Day 12 - Monday, September 21, 2020

Dublin. Today is a free day to explore the sights and sounds of Dublin’s ‘Fair City.’ This evening we head to the Abbey Tavern in Howth for a farewell dinner and Hooley. Breakfast & Dinner/Overnight, Gresham Hotel, Dublin

Day 13 - Tuesday, September 22, 2018

Dublin - Tour Ends. Your tour ends after a final hearty Irish breakfast in your Dublin hotel and transfer to Dublin airport for your return flight home. Today, Breakfast is included.
